Ever since I saw Star TreK:TNG episode, "Brothers", I noticed that Dr.Noonien Soong looked like a turtle and at that moment I just thought of the movie, "Master of Disguise". The coincidence is Brent Spiner starred in the movie and played Dr.Soong =D
